Steps to Download Jammu & Kashmir Driving Licence (PDF)

1. Open the Official Website
   Go to: https://parivahan.gov.in

2. Go to Driving Licence Related Services

   • On the homepage, click “Driving Licence Related Services”.

   • Select your state as Jammu & Kashmir.

3. Choose “Print Driving Licence” or “Download Driving Licence”

   • In the menu, look for the option “Print Driving Licence” (it gives you a PDF copy).

4. Enter Details

   • Driving Licence Number

   • Date of Birth

   • Captcha Code

5. View Licence

   • Your DL details will be displayed on the screen.

6. Download PDF

   • Click “Print” → Choose Save as PDF to download.

💡 Tip:
If you want a Digital Copy for mobile use, you can also download it from the DigiLocker app or mParivahan app using your DL number.

Method 1 – Parivahan Sewa

1. Go to 👉 https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan

2. Click “Driving Licence Related Services”.

3. Select Jammu & Kashmir as your state.

4. Choose “Print Driving Licence” or “DL Extract” option.

5. Enter your DL Number and Date of Birth.

6. Submit the details — your DL details along with the photo will be shown.

Method 2 – mParivahan App

1. Install mParivahan from Google Play Store.

2. Enter your DL number and DOB.

3. Your digital driving licence (with photo) will be displayed — you can screenshot or download it.
