To download your UDID (Unique Disability ID) card issued by the Government of India, follow the steps below:

🔗 Go to the official UDID portal:
👉 https://www.swavlambancard.gov.inOn the homepage, click on:
“Download e-UDID Card” from the menu.You will be asked to enter one of the following:
Enrollment / UDID number, or
Registered Mobile Number, or
Aadhaar Number
Enter the captcha code, then click “Generate OTP”
Enter the OTP received on your mobile and submit.
Once verified, you will see your e-UDID card details.
Click “Download Card (PDF)” to save or print it.

Click on Search to view your application/card status.

Aadhaar Number
Mobile Number
Fill the captcha and click on “Generate OTP”
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
After verification, your UDID card will be displayed.
Click “Download” to save the PDF.
