To download your UDID (Unique Disability ID) card issued by the Government of India, follow the steps below:

✅ Steps to Download UDID Card (Disability ID Card):

1. 🔗 Go to the official UDID portal:
   👉 https://www.swavlambancard.gov.in

2. On the homepage, click on:
   “Download e-UDID Card” from the menu.

3. You will be asked to enter one of the following:

   • Enrollment / UDID number, or

   • Registered Mobile Number, or

   • Aadhaar Number

4. Enter the captcha code, then click “Generate OTP”

5. Enter the OTP received on your mobile and submit.

6. Once verified, you will see your e-UDID card details.

7. Click “Download Card (PDF)” to save or print it.

   • UDID Number

3. Click on Search to view your application/card status.

2. Enter any of the following:

   • Enrollment Number

   • UDID Number

   • Aadhaar Number

   • Mobile Number

3. Fill the captcha and click on “Generate OTP”

4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number

5. After verification, your UDID card will be displayed.

6. Click “Download” to save the PDF.
