Description
To register for and download a digital Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB / Central Police Canteen) card, follow this step-by-step process:
Personal Information: PAN card number and Aadhaar card details.
Service Proof: PDF copy of your Service ID Card (for serving personnel) or Pension Payment Order / Discharge Book (for retired personnel) (Max 250 KB).
Photograph: Recent passport-size photo (JPEG format, in uniform preferred).
Dependents Info: Names, relationship, and Aadhaar numbers of family dependents (up to 4).
Active Mobile Number & Email ID for OTP verification.
Visit the official KPKB consumer portal (kpkb.mha.gov.in or the designated KPKB Assist consumer link).
Click on New Consumer Registration.
Enter personal details exactly as they appear on your PAN / Service documents.
Complete Mobile & Email OTP verification and set your account password.
Enter your service status (Serving / Retired), Force Name (e.g., BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, State Police), Rank, Regimental/IRLA Number, and permanent address.
Upload your photograph and Service ID/PPO PDF document.
Add dependent details if required, review the preview form, and click Submit.
Note down the generated Application ID / Reference Number.
Visit your mapped/nearest Subsidiary Bhandar (CPC Canteen) or unit administration with the Application ID and original documents.
Once the Subsidiary Bhandar verifies the application, it gets approved by the Master Bhandar / KPKB Admin.
Once approved, log back into the KPKB Portal using your registered credentials/User ID.
Go to Card Download / View ID Card section.
Download the digital e-Card PDF containing your Beneficiary ID and QR code.
Save the digital copy on your phone or print it as a PVC/laminated card for physical canteen visits.
