To download your Google Pay QR code for receiving payments in India, follow the steps below based on your account type:
🧍 For Individual Users (Personal Google Pay App)
- Open the Google Pay App on your smartphone.
- Access Your QR Code:
- Tap on your profile picture or initials at the top right corner.
- Select “QR code” or “Show QR code”.
- Save or Share the QR Code:
- Once your QR code appears, tap the Share icon to send it via apps like WhatsApp or email.
- To save it to your device, take a screenshot or use the share option to save the image.
Note: The personal Google Pay app does not provide a direct “Download” button for the QR code. Taking a screenshot or sharing the image are the primary methods to save it.
🏪 For Business Users (Google Pay for Business App)
- Download and Install the Google Pay for Business app from the Google Play Store.
- Set Up Your Business Account:
- Register your business by providing necessary details like business name, category, and bank account information.
- Access and Download Your QR Code:
- Open the app and tap on “QR Code”.
- Tap “Download” or “Share” to save the QR code image to your device or share it directly.
- Print and Display:
- Once downloaded, you can print the QR code and display it at your place of business for customers to scan and make payments.
