1. Install the App: Download and install the Voter Helpline app from your device’s app store.
2. Login/Register:
   • Open the app and register using your mobile number.
   • If already registered, log in with your credentials.
3. Access e-EPIC Download:
   • Navigate to the ‘e-EPIC Download’ section within the app.
4. Enter Details:
   • Provide your EPIC number or Form Reference Number.
5. Verify with OTP:
   • An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify.
6. Download e-EPIC:
   • After verification, download your e-EPIC in PDF format.

📝 Important Notes:

• EPIC Number: This is your Voter ID number, typically a 10-character alphanumeric code.
• Registered Mobile Number: Ensure your mobile number is linked to your Voter ID. If not, you may need to update it through Form 8 on the Voter Services Portal.
• e-KYC Process: If your mobile number isn’t registered, you’ll be prompted to complete an e-KYC process, which includes face liveness verification, to update your mobile number.
• Validity: The e-EPIC is a valid and secure digital version of your Voter ID card and can be used as an identity proof.
