Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 — Open the official website

Step 2 — Apply for a new Digital Ration Card

1. Open the website.
2. Go to Services.
3. Select Ration Card.
4. Choose the option for new ration card / Apply for Digital Ration Card.
5. Fill in the required family, Aadhaar and mobile details.

Step 3 — Wait for approval

After the application is approved, the registered mobile number receives an SMS confirming approval. The SMS also contains a link to download the e-Ration Card PDF. (Food & Supplies Department)

Step 4 — Download the e-RC PDF

You can also log in to the official Food & Supplies website using OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

After login:

Dashboard → Family Details → e-Ration Card → Download PDF

Important Eligibility

For e-Ration Card, the department states that the beneficiary’s Aadhaar and mobile number should be linked with the ration card. (Food & Supplies Department)
